1 Peter - a True Believer

1 Peter 3:8-12

Do you bear the marks of a true follower of Jesus Christ? (Unity of mind, Sympathy, Brotherly Love, Tender Hearted, Humility)

When someone treats you unjustly, what is your response (inwardly & outwardly)? What response does God see?

What would it look like if you were to literally pray for God’s blessing through salvation in the lives of our enemies? Consider this challenge and “…let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly”

Take time to evaluate your life this week. What does your walk with Christ look like? Are you faithfully walking with Christ amidst the struggles, pains, and even persecutions of life?

Remember, “…Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in his steps. He committed no sin, neither was deceit found in his mouth. When he was reviled, he did not revile in return; when he suffered, he did not threaten, but continued entrusting himself to him who judges justly.” (1 Peter 2:21-23)
