2 Peter

2 Peter 1:16-18

How often do you wrestle with doubt about the truth of the gospel? When doubts arise, where do you turn for confirmation-God’s Word, personal experience, or external sources?

Peter, knowing his time was short, wrote with urgency to remind believers of the truth. If you knew your time on earth was almost up, what truths would you most want to pass on to others? Are you living in such a way that reflects those priorities now?

How does the certainty of Christ’s return shape the way you live day to day? What would look different in your life if you truly lived with the expectation that He could return at any moment?

The transfiguration was glimpse of Christ’s glory. How does the preview of His return impact the way we live now? How can we live as those who eagerly await His return?

What areas of your life reveal a struggle with trusting the truthfulness of God’s Word? How do you respond when Scripture contradicts your feelings or desires?
